A group of younger kids came in asking for a drink, and the cashier—whose name I don't know—harshly scolded them and tried to force them to leave. One of the boys was short a dollar, so I kindly gave him one. They had a hard time placing their order, mainly due to the employee's visible frustration. Once they left, the employee turned her ire towards me, a customer she recognized from my frequent visits. She scolded me for helping the boy and claimed I was undermining her reputation. I calmly explained that I was simply trying to help someone who needed a dollar. It seemed like she had some past issues with him, but I had never witnessed any interactions between them during my many visits. The way she handled the situation was incredibly rude, insulting, and unprofessional. I plan to speak with customer service to address this matter, and I won’t be returning to this location until it is resolved. Her behavior was thoroughly disappointing and unacceptable.

I had Kyle take my order, and he was fantastic! I ordered a green tea drink with popping boba, and he made it just right. He was also very friendly. The donut I had was delicious, and I will definitely return the next time I visit.

When the original staff (not the high school workers) are on duty, they are extremely courteous and prepare my order quickly!

The service was quick and friendly, and most importantly, they made my coffee exactly how I requested.
