Redhouse Bagels - Southampton

Bagels were okay but pretty bland. Their texture seemed like too much flour was in the mix. The cold brew (or perhaps the cream) tasted like a refrigerator. Whitefish salad container was frozen and contained bones. I am more forgiving with bones because of the process in making whitefish salad but it should not be frozen because the mayonnaise will separate and ruin the texture. Staff was very friendly, the location was good, and the place was clean. I was very excited by the close location but i will unfortunately not be going back.

Pop's has the best bagels and breakfast sandwiches in the area!

Best bacon, egg and cheese sandwich I have ever had! Service was also awesome! Great spot!

Delicious, big, NY style bagels. Everything bagel toasted with schmear perfectly toasted, nice and chewy inside and not too crunchy outside, and tons of seasoning (the biggest bagel related threat to humanity today).
