Oceana - Southampton

Oceanа is one of the finest nightclubs in Great Britain and around the world. I am thankful to the people who poured their hearts and energy into creating this amazing venue! Come here to relax with friends and acquaintances, and you will enjoy a great atmosphere and a wonderful time!

Wednesday student night is definitely the one to attend! The drinks are genuinely good and not those cheap imitations. The experience can vary based on the day and the events happening, but I had no issues with the staff.

It's a shame that the city rooms were relocated to the small and cramped VIP area, which is definitely not as appealing as the bar quarter below. It’s still a fun place to visit for a night out, but if you're hoping for urban music, be prepared for a lot of sweating and limited dancing space. Also, if you arrive late, get ready to face a ridiculous half-hour wait to access the VIP room.

Good variety of music, if they are not in the complete club rave vibe, then there are disco rooms with older, karaoke like songs and they can change between rooms as much as they want. plus the drinks opened in front of the main club are cheap, but it is busy and takes age to be served, plus they are repressed and blackened by people. in the main club, drinks are expensive and many, not all, workers seem miserable and dead in the inner not responsible. needs a **** good clean, as the carpets are sticky and fies. the worst part is the bouncer they act as if they guard the buckingham palace and like to become aggressive with people and in their faces and look too big for their boots. the security in the club are also quite useless. toilets are disgusting. overall there are better places to go in southampton and have a good time than oceana.

We were queing for entrance and coat for 1.5 hrs in the cold and rain. The drinks were extremely expensive. The place was dirty. Though the DJ was fine. Suddenly a big fat mental English woman attacked us. Pulled my and my daughter's hair. It took a few minutes and no any security turned up. We went to look for them but really no any real support came. Look the photos how it went. Damm this place. Awful! Not recommend
