Checkers - Southaven

I order 3 meals and the women never repeated my order back to me. My order was wrong when I suspected it was. I told her and the cook said I ordered it wrong. I get the red sandwich back and it's STILL wrong and brought me cold!!!!!!! Sometimes it is best to stop and listen. I'm never back. Horrible customer service around!!!!!!

Do not eat here! Food is never fresh idk why I keep giving this place a chance! It will be better to just wait at Wendy’s for fresh food and your order will come out correct!

If u want a meal to eat or order off Door Dash from here pls pls, keep it pushing. I have given this place chance after chance. Every order from DD has to be refunded due to wrong order or missing items. I went there one day and my daughter went the following week. They're opened an hour...how bout they told me no food ready she just got there. They told my daughter the next week, we waiting on staff to come in ...30 mins after opening. So its not jus door dash but the place itself. Sad truly sad. And I like checkers when I can get it. But it won't be here

Terrible Terrible Terrible!! I ordered a baconzilla and 2 loaded fries with extra bacon. Instead of bacon on my BACONzilla they put 3 chicken nuggets! And I had absolutely no bacon on my loaded fries! If you are out of bacon just say that but don't just leave it off or substitute it with CHICKEN NUGGETS BETWEEN 2 BEEF PATTIES!!

If I could leave no stars I would!!! This location is so rude, unprofessional and ghetto. Once I pull up to the window some lady says “Whatcha gonna get sir?”…like what happened to people saying “Thank you for choosing Checkers, How may I help you?” And before we were able to order she says “We out of meat” Like wow this is so unprofessional. Like where is the management. Are you guys just hiring anybody??? I will never go back to this disgusting,rude,disrespectful unprofessional ghetto place EVER!!!!!!!!
