Dixie Queen - Southaven

I got a vanilla milkshake. I have not eaten at a Dixie queen in wow over 20 years. They have improved their vanilla milkshake. I'll have to try other items to see if they have improved. Oh, and the staff was really nice.

My first time at a dixie queen and it was everything I heard about it. The wait was long and Customer service was terrible. But the food was good, hot, and everything in my complicated order was correct on the first try. Great late night eat! Them chili cheese fries were on point!

Much better than another fast food in the area. When it's fresh, I don't interrupt the waiting time and it's always fresh

The clerk was nice and need little more training on how to answer the speaker. PLEASE DON'T just say Go ahead with your order. Once I complete my order she then say Ok pull around. Didn't give me a total. The food was hot and fresh. I will be back.

This dixie queen is terrible when they place the order they say rudely what is next - with the evil customer service I have ever experienced. who owns this restaurant must invest in customer service management. because you are all terrible and they repair 3 meters deep pots in the car! be careful.
