Fuji Japanese Express - Southaven

Chloe and I decided to make the most of our day, and when she asked about lunch, we both agreed on Fuji. I enjoy exploring new restaurants, and this was my first visit to Fuji. I was pleasantly surprised by its cozy yet simple and inviting atmosphere. The staff, Ben and Maura, were very friendly and accommodating. I opted for the most expensive roll on the menu: a softshell crab roll with cream cheese, mango, and coconut, all wrapped in soy. Although I typically avoid dairy, I couldn't resist trying this dish, and I must say it was delicious! I also ordered a crab egg roll, which had a crab rangoon style. While it wasn’t bad, I probably wouldn't order it again. Chloe chose a crunchy shrimp roll, but I skipped trying it because of the cucumbers—definitely not my thing. That said, she enjoyed it along with a salad. I'm looking forward to visiting Fuji again soon. Great people and great food!

I absolutely love the food! It's delicious, and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant is also clean, and the staff is very friendly!

The Crab Egg Roll was amazing! The Shrimp Noodles were excellent, and I couldn't get enough of them! The sushi and salad were fresh, and the prices were great!

The Sushi C Combo is amazing! It has definitely become one of my favorite dishes!
