Downstairs Bistro & Lounge - Southbank

I went last week, it is a very cozy place, with not so many tables, but a great environment, the waitress was so beautiful and my dish was plentiful and with a fair price, and tasty. I really enjoyed it.

If you are looking for a nice drink with some colleagues for work in the South Melbourne area, you should go here! I recommend their happy hour on Friday, pretty busy from 17h to 20h, but you get good deals! Nice and pretty staff, they will help you have a smooth time. Live music is a real plus and brings more life into this well-designed bistro lounge!

Fireplace is a beautiful, friendly atmosphere. The best fragile sandwich. Nice staff. Good location near tram no. 1 (road stop)

Hangover cures aside. This facility is the perfect place for a lunch meeting. Here too, the employees are very pleasant and improve the experience.

Relaxing lounge on a weekend, great service and if lucky get the corner next to the fire place. Easily spend half a day reading downstairs ;
