The Navigator - Southend-on-Sea

This airport pub/bar offers almost everything you could need. Given that it's the only option at Southend Airport, it could be a lot worse. The standout feature is definitely the staff. I arrived at 9 a.m. on a Tuesday, and the airport was quite quiet due to the season. The place is very clean, and the decor creates a welcoming atmosphere. The food was good, at least what I ordered. Customer service was incredibly friendly and helpful; it was clear that the employees enjoy their work, making for a pleasant experience. Great job, team! Keep up the excellent work.

I visited this restaurant with my colleagues and had a wonderful experience. The service was outstanding, and our food arrived promptly, all of it surprisingly delicious. They have a great selection of beers on tap. We sampled the chicken Caesar salad, chicken and chorizo pizza, and the fish finger sandwich. The halloumi fries were absolutely fantastic! Just a tip: steer clear of the omelets, as they tend to get poor reviews on Google.

The navigator was a good operation. When I walked through the doors of Southend Airport, I caught a scent of her popular chicken Cesar Salat. Welcomed by a courteous employee at the entrance, I decided to have a comfortable seat opposite the Nordbahn (good decision). After moments of ordering the foods arrived talk about efficiency! Washed down with the best pint of hells I have in my life, I cannot doubt that the navigator have pub grub on point, with a touch of real Brit Spirit.

I may call : the usual airport expensive fist in the *ss 15 min of waiting for the brunches. The quantity of beans were at the minimum enjoyable but for the rest of the meal it was ok . At this price i expected better, but deep down i knew it would be same as other stores... Staff looked very busy and cold, i can undestand, because the pace and the pressure of the clients is realy stressfull. Please eat somewhere else before going to the airport, you can find cheaper and better. Your wallet will thank me for this advice. Edit : added photo

Staff were rude and short, no omelettes even though they are on the menu, ran out of apple juice so was told she needed to give me a refund, I said I still want a drink what else have you got? Also no mugs for coffee as they had ran out, was told to go to Costa where there was a long queue, my breakfast was on the table and cold when I returned from Costa, what a shambles, I see quite a few negative reviews about the same thing so they're obviously not bothered!
