Subway - Southfield

This Subway is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food is consistently fresh, and the restaurant is always clean. I really appreciate the manager—she has a wonderful personality and even knows what I like to order. Her effort to connect with customers shows how much she cares about her work. The customer service here is outstanding! I can't recall her name, but she's energetic and definitely stands out.

This is the cleanest subway restaurant in the area. The store manager, Amanda, is fantastic, and the food was exactly what I was craving. I always order the steak and cheese on Saturdays, not just for the excellent service, but also because I get two free sides since it's the sub of the day.

I had to wait 15 minutes before my order was taken, and there was only one staff member working, who was a bit slow. I can't fault her too much, as she gets paid the same no matter how busy it is. It's unfortunate that management schedules only one person during peak hours, and it's sad that she has to manage closing the place on her own. However, on October 12, 2020, Amanda was our server. Even though she was winding down for the day, she took our order without any hassle. Amanda was very friendly, and we never felt rushed. Because of her excellent service, I would consider returning. I truly believe she has the potential to be a great manager. I’ve updated my review to four stars.

Subway, Subway, Subway. What can I say? It’s just Subway! The wraps are pretty tasty. I typically go for the Tomato Basil wrap loaded with cubed chicken, provolone cheese, lots of veggies, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. I also like to keep it whole instead of having it cut in half because I enjoy eating it like a burrito. It’s just more convenient that way!
