Talk about going above and beyond... Without going into details we had a situation present itself, one that wasn't the fault of us or Chipotle, but they made it their problem, stepped up and made it right, all on their own accord!!! That is what customer service is all about...
They used to be pokey at the Southlake Chipotle but they aren't any more and I am SO happy about that! :
