TruFire Kitchen Bar Southlake

We made reservations to celebrate Valentine's Day dinner at this restaurant. We were seated promptly and the staff was very attentive. Our food and drinks arrived quickly and were delicious. We were so full, but couldn't resist ordering and sharing a dessert. We will definitely be coming back to this restaurant again!

Nice variety in food selection; accommodates many different tastes from light appetizers for nibbles to full size hearty meals. Deconstructed sandwich appetizer was amazing. Will definitely return to try other dishes; good choice for Friday date night

I met a colleague for a late lunch, so the restaurant was quiet. We had a great waiter, who was helpful and attentive. The food was ok. I had an ahi tuna salad which was overdressed and I wasn't really expecting raw, cubed sweet potatoes a bit strange. The goat cheese appetizer was good, but the goat cheese to jam ratio was a bit light for my taste.

The Tuna Poke was the best she had ever tasted! The meatball spaghetti was fantastic and she ended up taking some home. The French press coffee was delicious and not at all bitter, pairing perfectly with the olive oil cake.
