Kens Fried Chicken - Southsea

I typically order the hot wings meal, and I really enjoy it. They offer a great variety of items, but the wings are definitely the highlight. The staff is polite and very quick; I placed my order and received my food in just 2 minutes, complete with mayo, salt, a plastic fork, and paper napkins. Also, the fries are quite tasty, though they are a bit salty.

The food was dry, and the chips were frozen and cold. I had hoped the rumors were mistaken, but I was really disappointed, even though I was just looking for something to eat after a night out. I had one chicken fillet and a few chips, but I ended up tossing the rest in the trash out of necessity.

If you're really hungry and have no other options, then sure, go ahead and stop by. Just don’t expect good customer service, polite responses to your questions, or even basic manners—let alone a menu to look at. After enduring all of that, I was hit with an overpriced bill and ended up waiting nearly 15 minutes. At that point, I just asked for my money back and went to a restaurant across the street. I wouldn't give it any stars if I could.

What nice human beings stealing money from people. I never received my order and nobody picked up the phone. Judging by other reviews it's not the first time. Hope they are happy ripping good people off for a living.

Served raw food and chips cooked less than 1minute in the fryer white! Never ever experienced anything like this! VOID!! Absolutely disgusting! Kens branches are good but this is far by the worst!
