The food is what you'd expect from a fast food chicken place, which is average. We got the wrong nuggets and had them replaced within seconds. Top notch service. The atmosphere is above average because everyone is friendly and they have a play place. Kid-friendliness: Play place is a lifesaver for active or bored kids. This is the busiest chick fil a I’ve been to. The employees are working so hard and fast. There are so many people ordering. I think they’ve done an excellent job trying to keep up. Inside was chaos- I wish they had table numbers for delivering my pick up order to a table- the pick up area was so stuffed and not an ideal place- high traffic area. I felt bad asking for condiments and drink refills- which I shouldn’t. Kid-friendliness: Grateful for the kids play place. Great people, super friendly and helpful (especially since I came with three crazy kids! The headhoncho even wore my tray on my table as my hands were full! I went out to have this restaurant in town! And of course the food is always delicious, the chicken is very real (small processing and I love the health option children meals and books that usually come with them!
