Buckhorns - Sparks

I'm going to admit it. I really only go to Buckhorns for breakfast when I have a hang over. Something about watching other people drink beer at ten in the morning while I nurse my upset stomach with orange juice makes me feel better about life and my bad decisions the night before. After my most recent experience I find it fitting to update my previous five star review with another five star review. That being said, Buckhorns is pretty great. I mean, you can sit at a barstool, watch football, smoke and eat an amazing breakfast with out the super loud typical sport bar environment which is always a good thing for a headache. The food really is awesome. They have the best Eggs Benedict in the city and they have a great variety of options not only for breakfast but for lunch as well. The waiter is a very nice and accommodating dude. My only bummer about this place is that they are a tad pricier than they should be. It's not really even that bad but they charge super high for juice and they serve it in a short cocktail glass. For the price it needs to be a full sized glass. That would make me feel better about spending $40.00 on a hung over breakfast on top of whatever I spent on booze at a different bar the night before. Ah, Buckhorns, I will be back. Worst service ever rude and didn't care. Plus found a big piece of plastic in my food and didn't make a big scene. Sent it back and nothing was said. Then tried to bill me for it. Talked to a guy and he didn't know he said he was true manager he thanks. It was a fight to get it take. Care of I will never go there again and never tell people to go there it's sad cause it use to be a good place to go

If you're new to the bar scene which my friend and I were this is not the place for you. Bartender approached my girl friend and said she somehow had complaints for playing the music. Who knows. We could not understand the complaint. I called the bar tender a dick because he was acting like one. Funny too she had complained about her weak drink right before this. He got all fussy like a child. I don't do bars but if I did I wouldn't do this one.

Cool bar. The bar is lined with regulars, which is a good sign. You can see the friendship here. Taxidermy on the wall, friendly bartender behind the bar and bar food was delicious. Besides a few smokers, we were very happy.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank whoever is responsible. Dalton and Jillian are excellent bartenders. Great customer service every time. They both go beyond and beyond. It is a fun place to hang out, play and enjoy a casual meal. We will definitely enjoy this place further. Oh, we love Mondo also keep the good work
