Word to my mother they got the worst Italian wrap ever

I was excited to go to this store because a friend at work told me they had Cinnabon. I drove there and walked in, went to the Cinnabon section where there was NO ONE. I saw 2 or 3 people at what seemed to be the main counter, and 2 people behind the counter of an adjoining counter. Nobody said the Cinnabon was closed, which the ONLY sign at that counter I saw said they were open between 6am and 6pm. Nobody said they were in the back, NOTHING. I'd say this was the worst customer service, but I never received any.

Store is always kept very clean and stocked, however it seems that employees are usually more interested in talking with each other than helping customers.

The employees get a thrill out of kicking their patrons off the property. There's something incredibly weird about this. In fact some of the guys behind the register are so rude and downright mean. It seems they can talk to you any way they want, and if you react, they kick you off their property for life.

I keep coming back thinking one of these times I will at be least acknowledged by a single employee there. But no. Every time I stop in for coffee, gas, or smokes, there are at least 3 employees on the other side of the counter talking amongst themselves. Eventually, someone will come to me at the counter, ring me up, take my , and continue their conversations. All without eye contact, a greeting, or a thank you. Horrible service.
