Port Of Subs - Sparks

I often grab a sandwich before work. The staff is always friendly, and the sandwiches are consistently well made. The brownies are moist and delicious. The only downside is the wait time during peak hours.

The staff here is consistently friendly and welcoming! I work at USA Parkway, so I visit this location regularly, and I’ve never had a negative experience in the year I've been coming here. Everyone is a superstar!

I couldn't even take a bite of the white bread they served me. The man at the counter struggled to cut it. I really hope it wasn't as disappointing as it appeared. Unfortunately, it was even worse.

The employees were super nice, but the sandwich was terrible. You can't do it! It is super sloppy and everything falls out of bread. Just try right. Couldn't take more than a few bites. Never again.

Poor customer service. The guy that made my sandwich was not in a good mood at all. My sandwich was sloppy as hell, the bread was so stale it was hard to eat. The spinach tasted like it was just about to go bad. I asked for honey mustard and mayo, he over did it with both and barely put some on one side of the sandwich and the other end had a big blob. It looked like the McDonald's McChicken, the mayo is just a big nasty blob in the middle. I was working and I didn't have food all day, I deliver all over town, so I thought this would be a good meal. I didn't even want to finish it. If you don't like your job get a different one, there are so many places hiring. I've never been to a port of subs with such poor quality in service and the food.
