This is a solid Asian fusion restaurant with exceptionally friendly staff and adequate sushi. The tempura fried eggplant with miso glaze, as well as the spicy crispy chicken are fantastic. The staff was SO NICE, the service was just transactional but the food was not great. My roll seemed like there were 2 wraps on it and it was very hard to chew. I didn't say anything because I wanted to eat with my partner. The soda was low on syrup and overall the place fell flat. But they were very friendly. Absolutely the best sushi, so fresh, the staff is so friendly and so courteous, we just love this hidden jewel in Sparta!!
