Japan House - Spartanburg

The food was fine, but I placed a takeout order. When I returned 20 minutes later to pick it up, they claimed they never received my order. After showing them my receipt, instead of promptly taking my order, they answered the phone, helped customers behind me, and made me repeat my order twice. I ended up waiting for 25 minutes without receiving an apology or any form of compensation.

This restaurant serves the best Japanese cuisine in upstate. It is our favorite spot! The service is friendly and the food is always delicious.

Large tradition Japanese hibachi eating and sushi. portions are gracious and everything is spiced and sown properly. good service and fast for a cook to order to eat. would be highly recommended.

This is my favorite sushi spot in Spartanburg! The bagel rolls are absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend it, 10/10.

Japan House is always great! Love the gyoza and hibachi meals.
