Moe's Southwest Grill - Spartanburg

Moe's is delicious, they have a new steak and potato bowl. They aren't serving mushrooms anymore, I don't know if that's temporary because of Covid or what. Their tomatillo salsa is excellent.

Catered in Fajitas for visitors last week and food came on time, was hot and everyone enjoyed their fajitas. Driver was very sweet and set up all the tables. Highly recommend for business luncheons.

The staff were excellent, professional, hard working, and all that while being understaffed during a dinner rush. They were giving great customer service to a customer waiting on their large to-go order with coupons and last minute additions, all while staying professional and friendly.

They seemed to have moved the staff around a bit and I like it. More talented customer service staff where there are customer touch points. The restaurant itself could still use more cleaning more frequently. Floors, tables and benches are pretty used and dirty and were only cleaned the last time we were there, when we asked the staff to do so, which was actually done right away. Price-value is great and especially the Sunday special were kids eat for free is great and worth it for us.

The employees were nice, but don’t like to give you what you pay for. My bowl was sad. They mash and spread the rice and beans to make it look like more. Only a sprinkling of tofu and toppings for my bowl. $9 for just the bowl with no drink is expensive for what was given. I asked for more of what few toppings I got and was only given a few pieces of one of them added. Also, some of the toppings that I skipped like pico because it did not look fresh (soggy looking) at 11:00 in the morning.
