Panda Express - Spartanburg

I gave Panda a 3-star review because the Orange Chicken was hot and fresh, and the service was quick. The staff were friendly, but some lacked in customer service skills. However, the noodles I ordered were bland and dry, needing more seasoning. The spring rolls were crispy but lacked flavor. Overall, I would not purchase from Panda again. As a plant-based eater, finding a satisfying fast food option can be difficult, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations.

I believe it is high time for Panda Express to consider changing the management of this restaurant. The food was absolutely dreadful, the service was terrible, and the overall experience was not pleasant. When you place an order, you are likely to be informed that the items you wanted are not available. If you do manage to receive your food, be prepared to reheat it in a microwave or oven as it is not served hot. The chicken was tough and chewy, while the rice was hard and flavorless to the point where it made me question if I had lost my sense of taste. This was by far the worst Panda Express I have ever dined at.

I ordered from this restaurant through Uber Pickup. The employees were incredibly efficient and friendly. There were only 2 other customers besides myself, which made the service very fast. Even though I didn't have to wait long, I appreciated their professionalism. The staff kept the restaurant clean and well-maintained. The food smelled delicious and the menu had a wide variety of options to choose from.

I've never been a big fan of Panda Express, but a voucher allowed me to take a new chance on her. I expected to report a 1 or 2 star rating, but no, I was surprised at the quality of operation and food. It had hard-working people making food right in front of us. Everything looked clean and on point. Sure, the sauces they use can taste excessively sweet and feel like imitations on traditional Chinese, but the food could keep its own on this visit. I had no big complaints. But unfortunately I remain skeptical. I will soon give them another visit and hope to maintain my 4-star rating. (No, I can't even think 5 stars in terms of Panda Express. But you never know. The world is full of surprises.

We ate there. Two kids meals, no broccoli. The noodles were crisp couldn't even eat it. The sweet and sour chicken was old and hard. They had no egg rolls said they were out. The cheese racoon was burnt with no flavor. The had no straws they said they were out. I ordered a small shrimp. We had to take the outside off because the sauce was so thick. My order was 30 dollars and I will not go back. I wouldn't recommend
