Burger King - Spencer

I went in today, the person who took my order was nice but I was raised to say please and thank you.. when I got my order I said thank you and I got a yep.. my onion rings were cold.. and then they were getting busy and a lady with brown hair tall I didn 't catch her name just started to yell out I need help! And slammed papers on the make table.. yelled at another employee who is clearly new accidentally gave out a wrong sandwich to a customer..Savannah the shift leader on duty was doing drive through and the beeper kept going off and I heard are you done? This was a very bad experience. What happened to being professional to the customers? Seeing slouching on the job, no cups filled, no ketchup pump, no napkins in my bag.

I am upset that the restaurant closed early due to being short-staffed. They did not provide me with a receipt for the amount of money I spent. Additionally, they claimed there was no money left on the gift cards I used, even though I knew there was. Due to these experiences, I will not be returning as a customer.

Burger King advertises that they are open until 11 pm, so I placed an online order at 8:30 pm. However, when I went to pick up my order at 9:00 pm, the restaurant was already closed. I am now left without my food and they have my money. This kind of unreliable service is why there are long lines at McDonald's and no customers at Burger King. It is disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and customer care. If you are the manager or owner, you should be ashamed and potentially have your franchise taken away. I will now have to go back tomorrow to try to get my money back, if I am lucky.

We waited over 10 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was just barely warm.

Just 2 stars and that's being generous. Food and service were worse than ever.
