Lilac City Bakery - Spokane

I once ordered a cake from here that was soooooooo good. I have been back 3 times since and each time I am very disappointed. I have tried their counter baked goods which are not nearly as good as the cake that was ordered. The rasperberry oat bars had absolutely no flavor. None. The sugar cookie was so hard I thought I broke a tooth and the no bake cookie was just okay. I 'm not really sure what you mean by your response. I dont feel it is bias at all. The cake I ordered was delicious and well made and I kept returning hoping for that same experience with your counter baked goods and honestly they werent that great. I dont want a refund from you or your store, I took a chance on your bakery just like I would at any establishment. You spent money to make it, I purchased it. The fact that you sell the products all across the region doesnt mean a whole lot to me because it doesnt change my experience at your bakery. Which I wont bother coming to again because you seem unpleasant at best. I changed my review from 3 to 1 star.

I ordered a custom cake and it turned out amazing. The cake was so soft, and my wife was surprised when she started eating the I requested peanut butter In between the layers. They did an incredible job

Great bakery. Good service. Yummy snacks and sandwiches. A nice little outdoor, dog friendly seating area. Come to this delicious place.

Lovely bakery (parking is miserable)...but display case is full of delectable and gluten free treats. Had the caprese sandwich, got four cake pops, and a macaron. But that cheesecake looks define.

Really good panini sandwiches and yummy side salad with craisins. This day we had some delicious cheddar broccoli soup. We got a few cupcakes when we left for dessert later ?
