This restaurant is fantastic! Finally, meat that isn’t injected with additives. The food is incredibly fresh! You can really taste the difference in quality compared to what you find in grocery stores. The owner even invested in a meat tenderizer because so many customers were asking for cutlets. It's truly a wonderful addition to the community! Be sure to check it out!

I discovered a new spot for fresh meat. Steve was friendly and very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the Louisiana vibe of the place.

I had the bacon-wrapped pork loin stuffed with spinach and cheese, and I drove 45 minutes just to get it. It’s absolutely worth it!

My family and I have often driven past this place on our way home, but we finally decided to stop there before heading to HEB. Yesterday, we bought some steaks, bacon-wrapped chicken tenders, and filet bites, and everything was fantastic! The quality of the food was excellent, and the staff offered great grilling advice for each item. The customer service was outstanding! We've definitely found a new favorite spot and will be telling our family and friends about it. I didn't manage to snap any photos of the finished dishes because they disappeared so quickly!
