Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Servers were very nice, but although they were not so busy, we were forgotten. They forgot our sauces for our fries, which was good because they obviously forgot their fries were groundless. I wanted to make my sisters amazing for the first time as mines were, but I know she won't be in a hurry to come back. Burgers didn't disappoint.

Honestly I was going to give two stars but the burger I had was good so I bumped it up. Biggest complaint is speed of service, lack of attention from servers and the floors are disgusting. My shoes were sticking to the carpet.

First time at Red Robin for myself and the wife, our order: The mushroom Swiss burger sweet potato fries, The madlove burger regular steak fries. Water with Lemon. Bill was $36 after tip. The good: Both orders of bottomless fries were fresh, hot, had good texture, and well seasoned (their seasoning mix in the shaker on the table is great). The waiter was nice and quick. Large burger menu with diverse selection. My burger was ordered medium rare, and came out cooked as ordered. Restaurant seemed clean with a nice atmosphere. The bad: Burger patties were lukewarm, the mushrooms on the Swiss burger were cold and had no caramelization or char. Cheese on both burgers was not melted or warm. Burger buns were not brioche as stated in menu, both buns were soggy from sauces or moisture from burger. Burgers patties seemed to be overly processed (as if the meat was pressed tightly in a mold after being too finely ground). Slightly better than fast food burgers but far more expensive, and no where near as good as most gourmet or craft burger joints. I probably won?t be going back, I am regretting have provided my phone# and email to them for their rewards program.

The service was excellent! Sarah our server was knowledgeable, kind and very attentive! She knows how to do her job very well! The food was AMAZING! I was able to get a GF bun : Also, it was hot and fresh too! Loved the garlic fries! Yummy yummy yummy! Will definitely be back!

Came here for the first time. My wife had Arctic Cod Fish and Chips (Bottomless Fries) and I had a Guacamole Bacon Burger with a side salad. Everything was quite tasty. Interior was inviting, with some nice conversation-piece pictures and posters on the walls, and it looked different from other Red Robins we've been to. Servers were friendly and helpful and the general manager came by our table to greet us, which was nice, too. Unfortunately the only thing was the refill for the Bottomless Fries took some time, but othetlrwise servers were attentive.
