Starbucks - Spring

I was on my way out of town and hadn't had a chance to eat yet. I used the app to order from the car and the food was ready when we arrived at the drive-thru. The staff was friendly and even chatted with us through the intercom. The drinks were tasty and my breakfast was hot and fresh.

The service at this restaurant is fantastic and the atmosphere is friendly. I always feel welcomed with a smile and they never get my name wrong. I enjoy studying there because they have plugs at almost every table. The food is also top-notch!

The particular tea listed on the menu was not available, and the lemon cake lacked sufficient icing for the size of the slice. The barista was friendly and provided adequate service.

Starbucks employs high-quality staff who consistently deliver excellent service. A great way to kick off your day.

I waited in the drive-thru for 45 minutes, with 25 minutes of that time spent stationary without moving in line. The service was terrible and in need of better management to improve efficiency. The staff was rude and appeared annoyed to be working. This experience has been consistently disappointing, so I will be going to a different Starbucks location from now on.
