Snobby attitude when I order a special drink THEY introduced to me in the past. Where is the first guy that recommended it, maybe inform others?

This is a great place to sit, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere. As a remote worker, I'd really love to see an outlet for my laptop and some wifi added. The smoothie I had today was made with fruit and no extra sugar added. A little bland, but I feel good about drinking it. I've had the coffee here and it's good.

This place is a hidden gem!! Their signature coffees are so good and they gave friendly and excellent service. Will definitely make this place a new regular for us.

I do not recommend this place very bad customer service as someone who frequently buys coffee and has been to many this has been the worst. The women in pigtails was rude and refused to serve us after getting upset for no reason that I asked a simple question why I was being charged more for my coffee apparently for half and half milk which she didn’t mention there was a fee when rarely does a coffee shop charge for that unless it’s dairy free. As a paying customer should know upfront what you are getting charged for but this person has no customer service skills and could care less to be kind to the PAYING customers who has the right to ask questions if you are not ok with that then you shouldn’t be working with people. I am in all my right and was willing to pay for what I wanted if I would have known upfront.
