Whataburger - Spring Branch

I stopped by on my way home to grab some burgers, but I noticed they've switched their supplier for hamburger buns. Both buns were very thick and dense, to the point where I could barely taste the burger. I won't be returning anytime soon.

My family stopped by for lunch. My wife lived in the area 25 years ago, so we came back to see her childhood home and visit some relatives. It was my first time at Whataburger, and it didn’t disappoint! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the manager even came over to chat and assist us. If Whataburger is considering expanding north, Syracuse, NY would be a fantastic location. We will definitely visit again. Thank you!

Every now and then, I stop by this restaurant after work to grab some dinner. I've been there around 4 to 6 times, and each visit has been enjoyable. I use the Whataburger app to place my order, then I just swing by to pick it up. The staff is consistently friendly and respectful, and the food is always fresh, tasty, and prepared quickly.

The window got busy and it had been a good 30 min. And I had to go ask about one of our orders. They went and checked on it. It came out quickly. The staff was very pleasant and ready to help. May be a new group. I would go back again.

Order food online, gave them 15 minitues to make my food and still ended up waiting an extra 15 minitues. When they brough my drinks they never tied the bag with the cupholder in it and didnt secure the lids on any of the drinks. I was in a hurry whichia why I was online and now im having to clean my car instead of eating.
