Chulas Mexican Grill - Spring Hill

Me and family are visiting fl and this places was my first stop. I will highly recommend, the server Chloe was awesome. She was asking us every minute If we were ok, or if need something. Food 5 starts plus, atmosphere 5 plus starts and services 5 plus starts. Love it!

Food was good. Steak and poblano sauce on point but the refried beans were bland and under seasoned.Portion was nice. Waitress was good, Absolutely love the decor and what looks like all hand carved chairs. No 2 chairs are the same. Margarita was on point (Not the 1 I ordered)

The salsa was delicious. Loved the cheese enchiladas with rice and beans and red sauce. Nice and cheesy. We had the appetizer with the cheese and chorizo that you wrap up in the tortillas and we will order it again. So much flavor without tons of spice. Our server was very friendly and efficient.

I had fajitas and found the seasoning on the steak and chicken wasn’t very appetizing. I feel like it may be too much cumin. I think there were enough dry seasonings that is burnt to the cast iron and burnt which lead to a less than ideal experience for sizzling fajitas. You have to pay for chips and salsa which is always a bummer. Everyone was super nice. We had a mix up with our order and they fixed it right away. Cool vibe inside. Two people, two entrees, cheese dip, one soda, one beer, with tip…over $60! Too much to return.

Atmosphere is nice. Can get a little crowded. Food is good. Service is good. Parking is good if you get there early. Enchiladas my favorite.
