Despite the line being visible from the road, I was able to place my order in just a few minutes. The food is great and the prices are reasonable!

I had an easy experience in the drive-thru, but I ended up waiting in my car for almost 30 minutes. The setup doesn't allow you to leave, which makes it frustrating. When I finally reached the ordering point, I requested to wait. After about five minutes, I said, "Hello?" but I was losing my patience. There was only one car ahead of me, so I decided to leave. I've been understanding about the delays during my last three visits to this new store, but today’s wait was just excessive and unnecessary.

Kayla is amazing! I was having a tough morning and decided to brighten my day with some Dunkin' Donuts coffee. Kayla greeted me with a smile and personalized my order just for me. Mission accomplished! I feel fantastic thanks to the outstanding service I received. I felt so grateful that I wanted to take a moment to share this review as a way to say thank you! It's Dunkin'. The food is decent, a little on the pricey side, but the place is clean and service is quick.

I really enjoyed my coffee! I also ordered an everything bagel with extra cream cheese, and they definitely went above and beyond. They piled on so much cream cheese that it could have covered ten more bagels—there were basically two whole blocks of cream cheese on it!
