Taco Bell - Spring Hill

Visited for early dinner/snack after school with my enkelin of 5. it was their choice for a soft taco super. we've turned three between us. it was a welcome change or tempo. the restaurant was clean as the toilets.

They love the bacon egg and cheese crispy packaging but every time I ask for simple jalapeño sauce, they just put everything else. so it's usually drunk. while my friend gets it regularly and is filled. every time never fails.

When I first walked in, there were maybe 3 people inside. It took 2-3 minutes at least for someone to come out to the counter to take my order. I mainly went in for gift cards. I ordered a drink and asked about the gift cards. I was told that Walgreens carry them and they are right behind but they were out and don't have any right now.

I have been going to Taco Bell since the 70s, in Orange County California, where they started. Your Burrito Supremes are pitiful. It started falling apart as soon as the wrapper was opened, it was pretty sparse for a Burrito Supreme, all the sour cream was at one end and the other end couldn't hold the ingredients because it was so loosely wrapped. I only was able to eat half of it because everything fell out of the middle and end. I won't darken this store's doorstep again.

Weird experience and bad food. Bad everything. They seemed busy but one of their employees was super rude so I have to be honest here. It 's taco bell and those people aren 't paid enough, but this was especially bad. They had us pull forward and while we were waiting we discovered that both our sprites were just soda water. When their employee brought out our food, we let him know and he literally just said I don 't know and walked away. It was really bizarre and off-putting. To top it all off, they also forgot the guac I paid extra for and there was barely any black bean. When you remove sour cream and cheese, you would hope they would give a normal portion of black bean. Also they put cheese in my potatoes which meant I couldn 't eat them at all. I know special orders are hit or miss. This isn 't the first time I 've gotten a messed up order from taco bell and it won 't be the last. It 's what you expect from tb. It happens so often that we usually order extra to cover the expectation of mistakes. It happens and I typically don 't say anything because I know what it 's like to work in food. I 'll keep going to other taco Bell 's, but I had to leave a review based on how tremendously they messed up and the way their employee reacted.
