Dq Grill Chill - Springdale

I love their Strawberry shakes. They have actual pieces of strawberries and the ice cream that they use is just amazing. Dairy Queen’s soft serve ice cream is a real treat.

The icecream was absolutely delicious i love the way it tasted on my tongue. The service was even BETTER than the icecream because of my amazing server Alexandre <33333 I think he deserves a raise for his amazing work.

Clean store. Cashier was a bit slow on the order comprehension. But overall service was good, and our burgers, rings, cheese curds, and ice cream hit the spot.

Burger was surprisingly yummy. And that Blizzard was thick and rich. Could probably use a slightly stiffer spoon for the more enthusiastic scoopers. I know mine was on the edge of disaster as I dipped in to all that deliciousness. Imagine breaking your spoon, and you have no way to finish that Blizzard?! Oh, they'll give you another spoon? Never mind, then. ??????

I waited 20 minutes in the lobby for a burger and fries before I went to get my money back. I was very polite about it. They didn’t even apologize.
