Domino's Pizza - Springfield

My job was really cold when I got it, it happened twice. the people were nice, but every time it was cold.

I had the front cashier/phone operator hang up on me. According to the gentleman with red fingernails. He thought the were too busy to take anymore orders. Good pie though.

This location will no longer be giving out parmesan and red pepper which has been a complimentary staple of pizza for many years but will be CHARGING for it instead.This is a good example of a company making record profits but screwing the consumer. Vote with your wallet and avoid this location and any others that start doing this.

If you use the pick-up window, check your order before you leave. More times than not, the order isn 't correct. After giving them 25 minutes to make and check 2 pizzas, one was wrong. Was told We 'll fix it in 10 minutes ... Have been sitting for 25 mins. Just received both the handed back and the correct one.

This Domino’s is top-shelf!Service is exemplary. Food is always hot prepared just right. They don’t make uneven pizzas. Each pizza is exactly how I order it on the app, it’s always done so rapidly, and it’s always tasty!I rarely make it to the store in time to get my food right after it’s finished cooking they’re so fast. I really appreciate these folks. They keep me alive while I’m in Springfield.Keep it up y’all!
