I had an order of 10 subs I needed to place and was put on hold by the “ manager “ waited 10 minutes and then decided to call back, didn’t even say hello she said Haha hold please again. I called again and was hung up on 4 times. Then when I called to complain she said to take it up with corporate and to stop calling. A so called manager just lost a customer. So unprofessional. We love jimmy johns and eat there alot I order a giant sandwich and they said I had a free half sandwich so got turkey and bacon took two bites and had a hair in my mouth spit that bite out and thought ok just gonna try another bite and I had a hair in my mouth again so gonna be awhile before I go back but before this order everything had been excellent. Delivered 8 houses down then tried to tell me to go ask my neighbors for my food that they miss delivered finally they said they are remaking it but if they really are remaking it or not who knows after an hour i finally have my sandwich 0/10 Ps.They forgot something after they made it twice.....pathetic worst jimmy johns ever Service: Delivery
