Joseph's Fine Cuisine - Springfield

Overall, it was good but I didn’t leave there thinking I can’t wait to come back. The best part was the service and the steaks. The sides were clearly done before the steaks! The appetizers felt very over priced compared to restaurants of a similar caliber. The menu had a really nice selection of different dishes. If you go there, I highly recommend the steaks!

We love Joseph's for a fine dining experience or a casual night at the bar. All feel welcome and there is something for everyone on the menu. The drinks are outstanding. We love the changing menu and how they keep us coming back for new dishes !!Food: 5/5

Really wanted to love this place since we were visiting from out of town. Never received our food due to the ticket getting lost… which we waited over 45 min to find out and had to ask what was going on. As someone who worked as a server this should have been solved prior when he noticed we had been sitting with no food.Apps were delicious and are pictured. Empanadas (forgot to take before pic) and lobster cigars.Server comped our drinks which was nice but we still had to pay $40 with tip for apps and left starving. So overall very disappointing.

We moved away and every time we return to SPI always have a dinner at Joseph’s. Excellent cocktails. The brisket board was really unique and tender with good sauces. Had to have the fried chicken my favorite. Scallops were outstanding. Dessert was cream brûlée. Looking forward to returning on next trip.
