Bidra med feedbackDid the order on app and when I got there to pick up my food all the doors where locked. None of them would even l[k at me to tell me what to do since the doors where locked. I decided to go through the drive thru and get my food. They acted like I wasnot allowed to get my food from the drive thru. I did get my food buy it was a real pain in the bottom to do so.
My food was nasty. The fish was old and greasy. You could tell it had been sitting there for awhile cus it was hard to chew. The French fries were limp and soak in grease and salt. Paid 16 bucks for nasty food! Avoid this place.
This is one of the cleanest KFC/Long John Silver's locations I've ever visited. It's almost impeccable, with great lighting and lovely decor. The young man, Dillon, who served me at the counter was friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service. It’s the best experience I've had at a fast food restaurant in a long time. I highly recommend it!
I went to this restaurant after confirming that their lobby was open for dine-in until 2 PM. However, I was turned away and informed that they were only serving through the drive-thru, despite the lobby doors being unlocked. This is the second time this has happened at this location, so I won’t be returning.
Since the pandemic began and everything shut down, this location has kept its lobby closed. For a long time, they remained closed even after restrictions were lifted. They are still closed during peak hours, which is quite inconvenient. They have a sign indicating that the lobby closes at 2 PM, so the only option is the drive-thru, and the lines are absurdly long. I understand that many places are struggling to find staff, but they should at least offer the option for customers to come in and order takeout instead of making everyone wait 20 minutes or more just to place an order in the drive-thru, then drive home to eat.
