Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Springfield

Food is always hot fresh and they have a great staff at this point

In my opinion, this is one of the better Popeyes locations in the Nova area. I wasn't impressed with the one on Twin Brook Rd., but at least this restaurant offers better customer service. I've visited this place twice for a spicy chicken sandwich after work, and both times my order was accurate. I appreciate that the staff is responsive and friendly, although I did sense a bit of hesitation at times (which doesn’t bother me). However, I should mention that the service can be a bit slow even when there are only five people in line, and they don’t offer napkins unless you specifically ask for them. Overall, I think this is just an average location when it comes to food quality in Springfield.

Chris Lowe, the manager here, is excellent! I had an issue with some orders from the app, and he was very helpful. He even called me back to confirm a few other details.

April 15, 2022. 9:30 AM. There were issues with their mobile app that seemed to be caused by the administration. However, I want to commend the staff for being very attentive.
