Qdoba Mexican Eats - Springfield

This was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. One of the employees, a blonde lady, had unkempt hair that she continuously flung around while serving us. To make matters worse, two other employees got into a heated argument over online orders right in front of the customers. The overall atmosphere was unprofessional and the cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. The food was also not fresh. Although I understand that finding good staff can be challenging, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I regret not choosing Chipotle instead, as I had been hoping to give Qdoba another chance. I highly recommend dining elsewhere.

Huge shoutout to Desiree and her team- we had a glitch with an online catering order and they came to our rescue in a hurry with quick taco packs. Thanks Desiree, you?re awesome!!

The staff were friendly and got myself and a friend through the line as quick as they could so we were eating within 10 min of initially getting in the line to make our order. The only hitch in the road was when I had to go back to the order counter and wait a few minutes to get drinking straws because it was needing to be stocked at the drink station.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. The service is top-notch! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that both my drink and my friend's chips could be included in one order as a combo.

My girlfriend and I went to this restaurant today and received the worst customer service imaginable. The employees were clueless and the lady helping us at the beginning misgendered me and had a terrible attitude. My girlfriend's diablo chicken in her burrito was extremely tough and seemed old, like chicken jerky. This was her first time at Qdoba and I felt the need to apologize for the experience. We will not be returning to this location again.
