Schlotzsky's - Springfield

We love Schlotzky's original sandwich. We saw this place and decided that this would be our dinner. We were there early in the evening and it wasn't crowded. We were welcomed and our order was quickly accepted. Our food came out in time. We ordered the deluxe original in large and share it. They cut it and put it on two plates for us. The Deluxe has extra meat and the big one is HUGE! We had chips and a soda and we were both satisfied. The sandwich didn't disappoint! The meat, the amazing bread and the toppings make it a favorite among us!

By far will always be one of my favorite places to eat a sandwich. I'm new to the area and was excited to see that there was one here when I closed them all. I got the turkey avocado and was pleased, they even gave something for my fur babies.

Eating is always good. I have over 1000 points on the app. Using them is almost impossible. with them (or try) almost always freezes the computer and the employee does not know how to redeem points usually of time. I usually pay only the price instead of keeping the line waiting for the computer not to freeze.

Well I have always loved the food choices but haven?t been in lately. Saw several not so good reviews but had an opportunity to give it try anyway. We worked outside until almost dark but got there at 8:15pm (hours are posted OPEN til 10pm) EPIC FAIL! Didn?t get to eat anything. We walked in and were told we are only open for drive thru. Nothing posted, no indication of why. So I asked why it was not posted or anything. Got told ?sorry we are closing a little early still?. REALLY!! An hour and 45 minutes is NOT a little early. Sad, it takes little effort to update online so people don?t waste time. New management or something?

There sunday before christmas Korey/Corey waited on us with superb precision , professionalism and superb quality service. #1 He coughed into his arm like you are supposed to do to not spread it everywhere. Yes I noticed. #2 we had a party of 6 each wanting to modify something on their order every request was met with professionalism. Instead of “we can’t do that or this is what’s on it”, He said, sure we can do that. Every request was met with courtesy respect. Thank you for such excellent customer service. It is so rare these days and you never get thanked but Corey did!! Food was good served hot. it was superb. Corey should become the trainer for new staff. Store mgr you are very lucky to have him. Thank you again!
