Very bad experience and horrible customer service from the rep up front. Wouldn’t recommend

We use to go here all the time, but 40% of time the the order is wrong. Finally went back after 2 years and they screwed up my order again and they're excuse is, it's not on the menu.. it was a buffalo chicken cheese steak wrap. I explain to them buffalo chicken, cheese, ranch on the aide NOTHING else on the wrap. They always ignore it and put lettuce and tomato. And they ignorant manager says this isn't on the menu... you're a diner.. a failing diner. Can't even fill simple request.. you're menu has like 137 items on it but can't get this one right? You do cheese steak wraps, why not buffalo chicken? Makes no sense.
