Bidra med feedbackIn my recent visits to Springville, Myron has been our server, and I must say, he is one of the best customer service professionals I’ve ever encountered! I had previously thought the staff here was just average, but Myron has completely transformed my impression of this place. He is incredibly polite, personable, and patient (I understand that working in food service can be challenging). The quality of the food is also impressive. I hope they never let him go and always keep him on staff!
I had a terrible experience with customer service at this restaurant. We ordered delivery through the Little Caesars app, but one of our pizzas was missing. When I called the store to let them know, the employee named Derek responded sarcastically, saying I should talk to DoorDash since "we don't do deliveries; we're not Domino's." As I was trying to explain my situation, he started giving me a phone number for DoorDash. I asked him to repeat it multiple times, getting increasingly frustrated as he continued to speak over me. Eventually, he finished providing the number and then hung up on me. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Derek showed no respect for customers, the reputation of his employer, or the quality of his service.
I’ve never experienced such rude treatment, especially when the mistake was on their end. Not only did I not receive my food, but they also blamed me for having to pay for a pizza that I didn’t order. The staff were intimidating and unhelpful. There are plenty of other pizza places to choose from. I deserve a refund and my food.
We were just for a deep dish and paid extra to make it crazy. 1. there were about 3 crumbs of Parmesan so paid extra for nothing. 2. It was super dough in the middle, which means it was pulled early 3. was it not even at the top? We tried to get a refund, maybe, and nobody answered. Usually you have no problems here, but the teens did not seem to have enough help or were just super annoyed in general. We were super nice and had no problem waiting for a fully cooked pizza, so not sure why she could cut the mere minimum in Atleast or put the parmesan we paid $ 2 extra for..
I've eaten alot of little Caesars and this place is the best I've ever had. They are slow but that usually means you get it fresh. Only lived here for 2 months so maybe they've improved since the other reviews were written?
