Marker 66 Marina Grille - Springville

Okay food, but could use some changes in the restaurant layout, improve and expand the bar.

This was my first time eating here and I have to say I had a wonderful experience. Let me start with the most friendliest service ever! My server, Sherry, went over the menu items providing information of top picks. Initially I thought I can read the menu myself, however, there were some unique items that you can't find at other restaurants. Besides my server, toward the end I was having a drink on the back dock and another server offered to bring handful of pita chips to feed the fish and turtles ? 5 Star for southern hospitality friendliness! The Silver Fin Bites Hot of course were fantastic! The seasoning and crisp was perfect. The fish itself was a bit over fried and my shrimp in tacos too. That's the only reason for 4 not 5 star but I do recommend to eat here if you are visiting or local!

Food was ok. Not really anything to rave about. Was your typical run of the mill dockside food. Drinks were good. I had the pulled pork tacos with fries. The house sauce that comes with the meal was good for dipping the fries in. Not sure if that was the intention of it or if it was meant to go on the tacos, but couldn't picture it being used on the tacos. My girlfriend had the big orange chicken which after I tasted a bite agreed needed more flavor. It was rather bland and lacked orange flavor which was expected based on the name of the dish. She actually ended up adding some of their pineapple vinegrette to it and it certainly helped out. And also, we ordered some boneless buffalo wings for an appetizer which were tasty, but at 12 dollars, they were a bit overpriced.

The food is awesome! The staff is very nice and they provide great customer service! If you sit outside you?ve also got a great view!

So yummy!! Great service. Lovely views. The onion rings and buoy burger are delicious. I'll definitely be back. I hope the restaurant will stay even after they finish the inn. Totally worth the drive.
