Boston Pizza - Spruce Grove

Our servers at two separate locations were great. Restaurant is good. The food is chintzy and poor quality.First instance lasagna came in a square dish with very little sauce, very little cheese mixed in and no baked cheese on top. Waiter apologized and brought more sauce to make it passable. On that same occasion and the next, an individual Boston royal and a Hawaiian pizza have sparce toppings and you had to search for the cheese. Sad pathetic ...won't go back.Some of the founders money spent on Dragons Den needs to be invested upping his game. We pay too much for what we are being served.

Service was an absolute gong show.Once I finally got served after 18 min,Food came out with no cutlery and that's the last I seen the server.Atmosphere was degenerative.

Terrible service. It’s took 30 mins for us to get water and it was a dead Monday evening… never checked back after that and all our drinks were empty until the food came . The food was decent though!

Really cheap on the toppings. Ordered a large tropical chicken. I think it had, at most, 6 pieces smaller than a dice. The bacon, which we said put ALL of it on one half, was definitely not the full serving. Service was great! Left feeling meh, I won’t rush back.

Good food. But ran out of steak! Our server was wonderful, she was really nice. But there was a backlog in the kitchen. Definitely could tell they were short staffed.
