The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional. I made my order only 30 minutes before closing and was worried they might be frustrated, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well I was treated! For a fast food place, both the service and the food are excellent! I also love that they use biodegradable plastic straws instead of paper ones!

As for my dietary restrictions, I have Crohn's disease, but they were very flexible and accommodating with my dietary requirements.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was prompt. I ordered the beef and chicken bento box with spicy teriyaki sauce.

Every time I visit this restaurant, I find the staff to be very friendly and helpful. While I'm not a fan of the Edo food app, that’s not a reflection on this location. Parking is decent, but I’ve noticed it's easier to park further away with my truck and just walk in.

This fast food restaurant truly distinguishes itself! I wanted to share my experience after picking up a mobile order. The place was spotless, with freshly mopped floors, and the food was ready even sooner than I anticipated. The staff were friendly and clearly committed to their jobs, even during the quieter times after the rush. I can already tell that this will be my preferred fast food spot. Just keep in mind that it’s fast food, so don't expect gourmet sushi – adjust your expectations accordingly. I thought the food was quite good, and my husband especially loved the noodle stir fry bowls.
