Swiss Chalet - Spruce Grove

I had 1/4 chicken and 1/2 rack off ribs and fries .chicken not to bad ,one taste of ribs and in the garabage.I havent had swiss chalet in years and now i dont care if i ever have it again.

I was at the Spruce Grove AB location Friday evening, the food was good but the restaurant could do with a deep clean.I was suprised to see splashes of sauce up the dividing screen between the booth section and the floor could do with a good scrub.Will not be returning to this location.

Had a wonderful lunchServer was great. First time in forever we got the warm lemon water for our hands, very impressed

Very slow, I'm a food courier and this place never has the food ready even though I show up at the collect time. Complete waste of time taking orders from here. Should have declined.

I went to try the new boneless rib sandwich with coleslaw but when I took my second bite I got a huge bone the size of my thumb nail and they expected us to pay for the meal after we complained and the manager didn't even come out to apologize to us. outrageous!
