I’ve been many times to Buco and have always enjoyed my visit. This time, I was on a special diet, and chose one of the salads asking if it could be made vegan. The server said she could do that by removing the salami and cheese. I thought that perhaps the kitchen would compensate for the removed ingredients by perhaps adding a bit more of the other ingredients, what I got was a bowl full of radicchio lettuce, about half a dozen cherry tomatoes and a handful of chickpeas. It was extremely underwhelming. I was very disappointed.

We are never disappointed, no matter what meal we enjoy there.

I enjoy having a pleasant afternoon meal here. The food is consistently delicious, and it's great to see the kitchen in action. The atmosphere feels truly authentic, and I always bring my friends along. I've never been disappointed, and the service is always exceptional.
