It seems like there's a lack of pride in ownership. The food is bland and visually unappealing as well. I am worried that this establishment may be on the verge of bankruptcy.
I went through the hassle of ordering online, only to have my order canceled because they were out of ingredients.
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The man at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful when all I wanted to do was place my order. I felt so disrespected that I ended up walking out before I could even finish. After reading reviews about the food, I'm relieved I made the choice to leave.
I've been going to this restaurant for several years, but I've noticed that the staff has become increasingly unfriendly and the food quality has deteriorated. If you're in search of a place where you'll be treated poorly and served mediocre meals, this is the spot. I won't be returning or spending my money here again.
It's really disappointing to see how the quality has dropped. I ordered the lemon chicken, but it resembled old fried fish more than anything else. I couldn't even take a bite, so I had to throw it away. The rice came with frozen, reheated vegetables, and my chop suey had just a few slices of broccoli and onion added. I used to really enjoy this restaurant, but sadly, I won’t be coming back.
