Not a bad spot to stop for a bite. The service was initially busy and hard to find but we’ll worth the wait. Customer service shines here!

Ordered my daughter, the spicy chicken sandwich, or to find out that it was covered in mold. Went into complain, and bring it to their attention, and got grilled with questions, stating that it was somehow our fault. The place is trash they run it like a dump. Worst customer service, something I wouldn’t expect in St.Albert.

I’ve been working beside this Wendy’s for a year and a bit now. every time i go in there for a snack or a drink, the staff have been exceptionally kind to me. they know me by name and greet me every time. the food is always good, as well. but i really want to emphasize on the staff and their kindnessjust so all the staff know, its been an absolute pleasure being your work neighbour. thank you for your great service every time i have visited you.Kid-friendliness: they have kid meals and looks like they have highchairs too.Wheelchair accessibility: flat parking lot, with the ability to get onto sidewalk. door buttons for auto open.

This is the third time in the last three weeks I have been here and they didn’t have what I ordered. Waited in the drive through line to get out and no food. Poorest Wendy’s I have ever been to.
