Bidra med feedbackWith the beautiful weather, lunch was nice on the terrace. The winery is very eclectic and a completely different menu. We were a little disappointed when there was no soup and no packs. The thin crust pizzas are wonderful and we also enjoyed the...seeds. You have to say that the coffee was not very good.
Real neat place. My wife and I had the Anastasia Salad. I thought it was quite good. The sour dough bread was very tasty. My buddy had the Greek salad. He thought it was very good as well. He and I both had the dry...raspberry wine. Unique. My wife had the sweet strawberry wine. She quite liked it. If your lucky or skilled you can win a free glass of wine throwing darts. Cool place to bring friends visiting the area. The bistro sits on the banks of the South Saskatchewan River. Great view.
This is an amazing redo of an old time favorite and it now is one of Antibes' very best dining spots.
The staff was very attentive and the menu was fantastic! The wine selection was top-notch. This restaurant is a lovely spot for either lunch or dinner.
We learned about Riverlot Orchards Winery and Bistro from a friend, and as two couples, we decided to make the 75-minute drive from Saskatoon to visit. It was a sunny day, so we sat on the outdoor terrace and enjoyed the beautiful view of the South Saskatchewan River. Upon arrival, we were given three darts to throw at the dart board to hit number 9 (September being the 9th month) in order to win a glass of wine. It was a nice and fun way to welcome us. Two of us were successful, so we were able to taste some fruit wine before ordering a bottle for the table. The service was friendly and attentive, and we never felt rushed during our two-hour lunch. We chose the Chokecherry medium sweet wine, which was delicious for those who enjoy fruit wine. Two of us ordered the perogies with cream sauce, sausage, and salad, while the other two had the meatloaf and pork pie. The meals arrived together and were all tasty. For dessert, we shared two slices of gravel cake, which were moist and delightful. The meal ended with hot coffee. Riverlot Orchards is a unique restaurant and winery in rural Saskatchewan, open from June to September, Thursday through Sunday. We made our reservation online, which was seamless. The total bill came to $142 before tip, which we thought was reasonable for a nice restaurant with a bottle of wine (only $25 per bottle). Overall, we highly recommend visiting Riverlot Orchards and hope to return next year.
