Mcdonald's - St Charles

The cashier at the drive-thru window was extremely kind around 1:40 today. She definitely brightened my day!

"This restaurant is a fantastic spot for both children and adults. We often bring our grandchildren here."

The restaurant is on the right track with its mostly new management team. Looking forward to the double drive-thru and the renovated dining room. It's going to be great!

My son had a blast! Staff was very friendly. Great night and experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Went to this location at 11:30 PM on 2/11/21 ordered two spicy McChicken‘s plain, two medium fries, two Dr. peppers, two cheeseburgers with extra pickles and onions and lastly lastly a Mc flurry. We are in the middle of winter we went out in a snowstorm to get our food. And then when we got home we realize we are missing The two cheeseburgers. Well I thankfully was able to talk with José up there after hours they heard my voicemail and picked up the phone and offered to replace my entire meal for free which really helped me out because my husband and I aren’t able to get as much work in as we would want to this winter. Times are really tough so the fact that they’re able to give us another meal so we can get through another day really brightens my world. Jose was is the kindest human being I have come across in such a long time. Thank you so much for your hard work and understanding. Mistakes are made, however this truly made things work out in the end. Thank you so much guys
