Get home to find my Sausage egg cheese mcgrill to be missing some ingredients. This was after they handed me the wrong order.

Shake machine needs to work and be serviced regularly so that customers can enjoy them.

Drive thru take too long to not get food right and forget food

Friendly guy working in the drive through. Fries were hot.

If I could give zero stars i would. I ordered on the app and didn't check my bag because lately everything had been correct. I drove down the street to a gas station and fhen looked and noticed I was missing a hot and spicy chicken sandwich and a medium fry. I went back through the drive thru and let them know and they told me to go to the front window and they would take care of it. When I got up there, they asked for my receipt so I gave it to them for a rude lady in a yellow shirt to come.ovwr and demand my bag of food for her to rummage through with no gloves to then shove the bag back at me and say she just knew the chicken sandwich in there and then gave me the missing food and then yelled from the kitchen that she hated liars. I returned all the food and got a refund. I will not be eating there again.
